Steve (@ Flight1) was very understanding about setting up sponsorship for November - and kindly allowed my to have the iFly 747-400 as my prize. So ... I'm absolutely delighted to add the "Queen" to my Flight1 hangar.
I've always loved the 747 and have been itching to have one in P3D for ages. Wow - what can I say? What a beauty!!!
Here's my first test flight with a default BA livery - NZAA to NZWN:
I then grabbed an ANZ livery and had a trundle around Auckland - what a treat!
A huge thank-you to Flight1 for so generously sponsoring not only the November comp, but also the many competitions they've sponsored over the years. Fittingly, we're soon coming up to a New Year, so we should all show our appreciation to our sponsors. The FS world is quite a "close" community and a good word goes a long way.
