'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Interesting thought - I've not tried a night flight in AFS2.
The race is on for that screenshot, then... :ph43r:

Very nice Marty!

San Pablo Bay!

An area I am very familiar with.

The sad remains of the lovely old Hamilton Airforce Base to the left, close to the shore. (In FS'98, FS2000, FS2002, and FS2004).

http://www.airfields-freeman.com/CA/Air ... Rafael.htm

Upper top left; Sonoma Valley. Upper top right; Napa Valley.

Both famous Vineyards!

Bottom; San Rafael/Richmond Bridge. San Quentin Prison close by. Bottom left. (A Hot Seat for offenders!).

Paul...always exploring!... :D ....!

Superb Mike ....your very brave, I tend to shy away from night shots ....they can look very different on others folks screens.
I might try a dusk one, and work from there.
BTW thanks for the time zone info, my old head cant process that stuff at the moment <_<

Ta mate
Over the years I have tried a few night shots for the comp in FS9 and FSX, but what looked good on my machine usually came up as too dark, so I had to 'cheat' and bring in some light source.
FS2 does provide pretty pics, but there seems to be too much light above. Must find a moonless night, and experiment some more.
I did like the silhouette one, even though it shows I have not retracted the landing light. Turned out it had no key allocated, and I couldn't find the switch in the VC cos it was dark

For time zone info I have set up my own clock at https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ ... 04,776,113
It probly won't work for you, but you can go to https://www.timeanddate.com and set up your own.

Mozilla Firefox is my most common Browser, so I have added; "Foxclocks" to it...>>>

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefo ... foxclocks/

It displays a line of all my selected Times Zones from all around the World, and their times, at the bottom of my Browser,

At a glance, I can see if all my regular Chums are up, or still in bed, throughout the day!

A very useful add-on...and its free!
