I downloaded a "mega" package of these from that Rikoo site , they bundle up freeware and offer it in packages.

What a beast those things were (are)

The A340 was the most elegant design since the Comet 4. The -500 version seemed just right, to me. The -600s are just a tad too long in front. Great pic :thumbup:

BTW the ATR fest (lads photos ) is on the way .... had a few things get in the way , but I'm onto it.

Hehe - a normal flare would probly put the cockpit outside the approach minima. :o
And as Lindstrim points out, all the 4-engined airliners of that era are very leisurely at take-off, compared to those big 777s and the like, which really only need one engine to get off the ground. :plane:
