The UH-1C XM30 started off in life as UH-1C serial number 64-14102. It was turned into UH-1C XM30 by redesigning the aft doors and windows, reinforcing the plexiglass in both the pilot and copilot's doors, reinforcing the leading edge of the synchronized elevator, and adding a blast deflector strip along the outside, aft frame of the pilot and copilot's doors. Further modifications included the installation of XM156/M156 universal mounts, allowing for two XM140 30mm autocannons to be placed either side of the helicopter.

Interesting choice to model. It's hardly prototypical. The sight on the front was what confused me.

Thanks again, Aharon.... I don't know my friend.
It's really not what I do, its choosing quality material to screen, therefore all the work is done.
I just try to find the right combination of subject, environment, and lighting that suits me ...as you yourself do so very well.

Keep up the good work, we need to keep this place alive, and thanks again for your contributions.
