Shalom and greetings all my pals,

Israeli air force had been invited to participate in annual Red Flag Operation exercises held in Alaska so the country decided to send its 707 refuel tankers to participate in Red Flag Operation flying from Tel Aviv via England for refueling to KPSM Portsmouth International Airport one nautical mile west of the central business district of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States on way to Alaska

Why KPSM Portsmouth International Airport? That is because that is where many KC-135s of USAF are based and it is ideal place not only for refueling but also for any possible spare part replacements or repairs if needed.

Shalom Aharon,
A interesting series of images. It is a shame that photobucket has to put their ugly watermark over them. I ditched using them a while ago when they did their low ball move of eliminating 3rd party hosting that rendered most forums devoid of previously embedded images and replaced them with their ugly dialogue box. I now use postimage....far better.
