Shalom and greetings all my pals,

Presenting a extremely sub zero temperature Arctic commuter flight far above Arctic Circle from ENBV Berlevåg Airport located 1.2 miles northwest of the village of Berlevåg in Finnmark county, Norway to ENHF Hammerfest Airport which is Norway's third-busiest regional airport located in Hammerfest, Norway.

Cruising at FL140 after taking off with few feet of runway left from ENBV's 2,890 ft runway

Making right 180 degree turn toward runway 05

On final runway approach passing Rossmolbukta lake in background

Gonna watch out trees!!

Image

You can tell from this screenshot that the winds were too powerful and strong for smooth touchdown

Making difficult touchdown in amidst of powerful winds

Stopping on very short 2,890 ft runway with few runway feet to spare

Exiting from runway 05 toward gate

Thank you for viewing!! Stay tuned for next fight report.

Deeknow,

Thanks for your kind words. Flying around Norway is pure fun in winter.
Important suggestion for your northern Norway flights: set your P3D default calendar and time to mid November at noon so that you can get pretty colors in sky or otherwise if you fly in January or February, everything is dark.

Payware Aerosoft sceneries for Norway airports are great and I have all of those. I made many screenshot flight report posts on Norway from which you can find more on this screenshot subforum of your NZFF forums.

Regards,

Aharon

Since the sale of payware Norwegian airport sceneries was over long time ago and it is unlikely there will be another one for while, may I suggest for your historic jet flights this amazing freeware but high payware quality FSX and P3D airport scenery as seen on this link:

Never knew that ENFB Fornebu was actually original main international airport for Oslo, Norway while I thought all the time that ENGM Oslo has been the main one all the time.

ENFB Fornebu was main international airport for Oslo from 1939 to 1998.

So in case any of you are NOT aware, I just found out that there is new freeware freeware but payware quality ENFB Fornebu scenery for use of FSX and P3D at this link!! HAPPY downloading!! And take tons of screenshots!!

Thanks Aharon. I have a bunch of the Aerosoft and Orbx Norway titles already, and have been using the excellent photoreal and airports from "Airports of Norway" (AoN) which you have no doubt seen also
