Nice paint! We are so used to the extraordinary features of the Porter nowadays. But I can remember wondering (and I am no Splitpin) why it didn't look more like this:

A lot of PT6 powered stuff have a long nose.. the early Fairchild ones had a more proportioned front.

Without wanting to hijack your great post JK....there was some European thing, with an even longer nose. Charl ..... you did well.
but things go slowly, very slowly, since Milviz mapped every little thing in a very illogical way. I think I found all the bolts now, next stop: hinges....aaaargh!
Yes I can remember painting a whole texture sheet red, then half, and half again, in a bid to find where that dratted widget was mapped to... I never did understand how mapping was optimised or if there was benefit in hiding things on one sheet. Good hunting!
