XP11.50 is still a fine competitor for the current overwelming MSFS. Hereby a shot of a vintage B-17 flying north over Seattle at sunset:

I promise to post more regulary shots from the 4 Sim's I have installed on my PC and/or Laptop: P3Dv5 - XP11.50 - AFS2 - MSFS

Hello Aharon,

How old is your machine? I've got the Predator G9-793 and I'll never buy another Acer product as a result. They all came out with faulty motherboards that produced electronic interference with the speakers and they falsely advertised it as being overclockable.

Hello,
I bought the Laptop in January this year and pleases me in any way. It run's every (heavy)SW and respond very quick especially thanks to the NMVe SSD's. The screen is 17" Full HD and refreshrate=144Hz.

Thanks for awesome answer. I did NOT even know that a laptop can hold THREE SSD drives!!! How many fans does your laptop have?

Aharon

Hello,
Here a link with all Specs of my laptop: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/p ... rhelios300

2x small SSD-plug-in cards(NVMe format) and one free bay for a 2.5" HDD/SSD. The Laptop has 2 large fan's because when in full load of heavy demanding SW the whole system get really hot on some places.

For a quad-simmer you still take a great screenshot.

Ikbenik,

Thanks for answers and for awesome hyperlink.

I have been using STRICTLY ONLY laptops for past TWELVE years of flight simming via FSX Deluxe. And glad to hear that there is laptop that can handle MS2020 SMOOTHLY. Does your laptop ever get hot during flight simming?

Regards,

Aharon

Yes,
Because all posible sttings for max quality are full engaged, all Sim's are heating-up my laptop but most by the latest one(MSFS). To minimize the heat-production I have limited the fps to 30, no need for more that your eyes can't follow anyway(Scientific proven that only lower than 25 refreshings per second leads to the impression of flickering).
