The CR 42 flew until May 1945 and was thus with the Avia 534, which flew in the Slovak National Uprising in September 1944, the Polikarpov I 153 Chaika , until 1942 was used and the Gloster Gladiator, which was retired in 1942 as a hunter, the most durable biplane in World War II. Compared to the machines used in the Battle of England in 1940, the machine had hardly changed. Most obvious are the sand filters to protect the engine and the aerodynamic disinfection of the landing gear was removed because they sometimes blocked in the sand, which could be fatal on landing. their armament consisted of 2 BredA-SAFAT 12.7 mm machine guns.

It's from 1C-Games the "Desert Wings", an addon to "The Cliffs of Dover".Blitz! I like both.

I have the complete series including the tank-simulation "Battle-of Prochorovka" and it ist worth the money.

"Flying" in simulations gives me the feeling of still being there. The losses of the last few weeks have been severe.
