How do you decide what to do next, or is it random ?

My new hobby is watching others paint things.
The speeded up video approaches an hour - how long would this have taken at 1x speed?

I wondered how much correlation there might be between scale model painting, and flightsim painting?
The modellers seem to have mastered the art of isolating the various washes and textures into layered work.

How do you decide what to do next, or is it random ?

To be honest, I have no idea. Sometimes it's a request, sometimes it's because there's a new model out, sometimes I've found a pic of a paintscheme I want to do, sometimes I want something simple, or hard....anything, really.
At this particular moment I do not know what my next one will be, yet...
kiwi mustang? kiwi twotter? another Barracuda? buy the Bücker and start on that? maybe another Nieuport? Is the Goose out yet? another Fouga?
They predict rain for tomorrow, so I guess we'll see...

oh, hang on, I have another request to finish..
