Are you using MS2020 ???

Are those ground textures MS2020 default or is it add on ground scenery by some company??

What river is in first two screenshots and what mountains or alps are in rest of the screenshots?

Yep, all default MSFS, somewhere around Mount Cook in New Zealand. The river is the one coming of the Tasman Glacier into Lake Tasman, so it's probably called the Tasman River.
