Piper PA-11 Cub Special (Flight Replicas)
A nice ride into the twilight. Some gusty wind. This Cub may have a more powerful engine than the original, but like the original, it has no autopilot, no landing flaps... These planes appear to have been themed. "We're building an airplane with all the bells and whistles left out." At that time, such a bird cost 2,500 dollars. The Clubcrafter Supercub made today is a fine airplane and costs over $300,000. This is not only inflation surcharge from 1947 to today but also the curse of the electronics in it. Unfortunately, I have yet to see a machine with a New Zealand registration. that's why this thing flies around with US approval. I liked the flight route and the views on it. Just saved myself to Westport before the sun went down and flying this crate was banned.

Interesting flight!!

The airport of arrival was used by NAC DC-3s for passenger service and then Air New Zealand B-1900s.

Regards,

Aharon

Also F27 Friendships, and probably Bandeirantes and Saab 340s as well before the B-1900.

That was one of those flights where you deliberately do without fast planes. I'll be happy to take your suggestions and hope that the upcoming DC-3 will be a decent model when the MSFS is next updated. I've been traveling through New Zealand for years now. I will never become an Airbus pilot who flies over Europe with the Airbus and at some point celebrates his 50th flight from Berlin to Mallorca.
At this point I would like to thank you for the inclusion in your forum. That was a few years ago now. Ian encouraged me at the time and gave me tips. I owe him a lot.

Thanks but this hyperlink produces no result (it says no files found) and I even tried file number 94209460 and it did not work too.

So I tried to search on Flightsim using your full name Doug Blenheim as indicated in your avatar but that did not work however I notice Doug Cunniffe during my unsuccessful search which I am guessing is your screen name for flightsim and I found FSX NZ Westport High Resolution Photoreal Scenery.

Is that what you are trying to show me via your hyperlink for freeware NZWP airport scenery, please??

Regards,

Aharon

those links only work temporarily for a search an individual has done I believe, just go to the main search page Aharon, and search for "westport"

https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php

you can also use their "advanced search" page and look for a known filename, e.g. "westport_upload.zip"

Aharon if you go to Flightsim and search file library and just put D Cunniffe in and it should give you 18 files match the search criteria.

Included in those 18 files is
