Good Morning, I believe the different markings were used for Dissimilar Air Combat Training.

Last generation MiG 21bis/SAU. We had them in the inventory from 1973 till the end. of the GDR. It was the most numerous fighter of the GDR from the MiG 21F-13 to this one.
