As a kid, someone once told me that because the Starfighter had such stubby little wings, it battled to get off the ground.
Those "rockets" on the tips were there to help... took years to dispel the notion.

The Tiger Meet scheme looks really great on the 104....as do the AIM-9s on the wing tips.
The other one looks great as well. And here's me thinking that the Dornier Do 17 was the only Flying Pencil
