It is the improved model of the MiG 15 that was used in the Korean War. It comes from Bearsoft. It was probably the first USSR aircraft noted in the West after 1945. There is this replica for the MSFS that you should really read the manuals and performance tables for. It is probably quite close to the original in the context of the MSFS and its very special characteristics are really there. This aircraft belonged to the air force/air defense of the GDR, around 1957. After 1961, the aircraft received national emblems with this "hammer, sickle, wreath of honor", which are well known. This national emblem was present when it was introduced.
The instruments are labeled in Cyrillic, the altimeter is calibrated to metric and the "artificial horizon" is, according to Western understanding, "the wrong way around".

Interesting... at least the interior isn't painted that ghastly turquoise of later Soviet-era aircraft.

 This color of Russian cockpits from the 70s onwards has an interesting history. But I cannot vouch for their authenticity. Soviet psychologists claim to have discovered that this unspeakable color was supposed to have a calming effect on people. I never liked him either.
