Ignore the fire in the background its nothing....my question is about the sling load.
Can the movement of that load adversely affect the flight dynamics?

Hahaha.... yes, it sure can and does. I've had a 100ft line on almost every day the last two weeks

I'll have to ask around to see if anybody has any photos of me flying a load. Been flying the 500, Jetranger and Longranger. Some dumb idiot stuck their hand up into the blades on me today.... maybe I'll write about that at some point.

Of course yes

Unless I am mistaken, all helicopters have ability to drop the wire holding the load if it gets too dangerous. Famous choppernut can correct me.
