Went down country a little way, NZNS - such a "go-to" kind of scenery for me.

Met up with some imaginary chums

Chucked them about, just because you can

Back to peace and tranquility

Interestingly, the AI appeared, independently generated by the sim, complete with wrapping for the night, apparently following the state of the flown aircraft!

Just reviewed this again Charl.
The more I look, the more I see what isn't explained.. where did your aerobatic friends come from?

Thanks Marty, the red VH DFF comes from Queensland courtesy of JK, the RCAF one shipped as part of the release package.
They are injected by way of Flight Control Replay, but somehow the sim picked up the Oztralian and parked it as sim AI too.
Hope this answers the question!

Charl, Regarding your reply. On a scale of 1 -10, how much control do YOU have over what happens in that sim?
What concerns me is the AI thing. "the AI appeared, independently generated by the sim" What else is it doing? And are you paying for it?

My statement probably sounds more dramatic than it is...
Somewhere I would have enabled GA AI planes, and the sim just reads and displays what's in my sim under that category.

What I did find interesting: a moment before I took the screenshot, I noticed the red plane had parked opposite.
And when I clicked "install cockpit cover" on the flyable menu to pack it away for the night, the AI had followed suit!

I previously jokingly mentioned that AI planes might might be displayed based on RW real time data harvested from online resources.
We'll see what Asobo comes up with in the 2024 sim in this regard, it is something that Mothership MS is entirely capable of.
