Nice of you to make the effort Marty, so early in the day!
What a grunty little aeroplane, wish we could hear its noise.

Thank you Sir ....the computer spent most of the night updating and installing all my DCS DLC , so I took the little Il-16 for a spin.
I've put myself on a permanent 0900-1800 shift, and being a morning person, I get up at 0530, have a shower etc and then compute (if that's a word) for 3 or so hours. My work commute is only about 15 minutes if that.
The downside is, between all the office bulldust, meetings and walking about 7-9 Km during the day, I'm pretty much over it by 2000hrs. But, that's my choice, and it fits me well.
Have to keep the old brain working and the frame intact, and this place (forum) and the sims and work are doing a great job. I have friends I grew up with, the same age as me (66) who look and act like they were in their 90's.
Anyway....seemed to have wandered off topic a bit

Thanks for looking Charl.

Marty, I keep about the same schedule, because it has a nice overlap with the UK family, who are mostly 10 hrs behind but briefly 9 hrs, just as you are mostly 2 hrs ahead but sometimes 3.
Beddie-byes by 2130, up by 0530 (nominal) checking family comms and then working around the yard until it gets too warm to be working :D
