Scenic DC-3 Flight

Postby Naki » Sun Oct 20, 2024 2:44 pm

Recreating a flight in ZK-AWP I did with my Dad for his 80th a couple of years ago.

Hardly flown this at all and I need some practice! Big tail-draggers are difficult to handle on the take off and landing phase...my landing was terrible and i took two attempts to take off.

...anga

Nice shots Paul, I mapped "Tailwheel Lock" to my joystick and have less trouble with the taildraggers as a result.

Beautiful shots all of them. What is it about the older types, that when looking at the shots, you can almost hear them.
