Funny, I usually like the fat motor upgrades, but somehow it doesn't improve this one

I was expecting to see an F-4 or something similar. But yes, that would certainly attract the attention of any passing MiG driver.
At times the RC-135s would get close to the Kamchatka Peninusla.
