I watched a great Doco on this old girl yesterday.....pretty rough shots and performance. But you get the idea.

The drill is, accelerate level to about 460kt, pitch up to 50 degrees, when it wants to start rolling ....power back to idle and pitch down 42 degrees ...and recover.
Done right, this will give about 22 seconds of micro gravity.

When the crew do this, they pull all the sun shades down and only look at the instruments. One pilot controlling pitch , one on roll (with a modified control) and a third working power .
I'm not sure if I made it to 50 or not, and had trouble with it wanting to roll ....what seemed early . Quite an exercise.

And then go and do it again
