JK's text.
"It shows KC-135Q 58-0054 of the 903rd Refuelling Squadron, based in Beale, California as it looked in 1962. In 1962, this was the first KC-135 to successfully refuel an A-12, and in 1965 of a SR-71. To able to carry the special JP-7 fuel for the Blackbirds, it was converted to a KC-135Q, separating the JP-7 in the fuselage from the planes own fuel supply in the wings. The aircraft has since been converted to KC-135T, and is still active, 66 years after it was built! This repaint is based on the original textures that came with the model, that is available here: https://github.com/Delta-Simulations/MS ... s/tag/v3.0 "

nice shots, but where did that fuselage band come from? I don't think it was in my paint? Or did I make a mistake with the file?

Gidday Marty - I notice these and subsequent screenies are flagged "Content not viewable in your region" on my tablet. Don't know if they think I am in Oz or the UK. Just letting you know, you know, I'll check when I get back.
