It's a Japanese Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero from the Shockwave Productions Wings of Power II.

Nice - what mountain are you flying over - one of the NZ mountains (central North Island?) or Mt Fuji?

Nice shot- thought that was over Mt Taranaki untill I read the comments below. Funny that, because the Last Samurai was filmed in Taranaki NZ, with the background susposedly being Mt Fuji in the movie.

Oh, and there is a Zero on the top floor of Auckland Museum. Quite a nice shaped aircraft I thought, but not as sleek as the Spitfire behind the wall!

Apparently the real Zero is a real nice to fly but was easily shot down as it was built very light with hardly any armouring.
