Yeah but its getting busy for me to fit flight sim in - have another a/c in the hanger I must roll out for the monster Soviet thread - and also planning to do my virtual tour of the US/Canada which I wil post screenies of - also want to do more reviews of NZ aircaft (as per my 172 & Orion review) that I will post here but that will wait until later in the New Year.

Albatross - yes that is Venice - Lago scenery

This was the shot that made 'em sit up and take note...The Soviets are Invading!
The GIANT THREAD of 2007 (Nearly 5,000 views, 350 or so replies, and not just 1-liner kneejerk either! C'mon Alex, what do your stats say about this??)
Luvly, mate.

It's great to recap over past flights and screenshots- I can recognize and remember every single picture you have posted there, the quality obviously improving through the months.

Ermm ... nice work? :P

But yea, you've got all that we can really see there, although you can get a list of who posted in it, and how many times here, and that of all the views of the Screenshots forum (since the thread was started: Sep 15), just under one quarter were to that thread (~5000 out of nearly 23000), and that 5% of all posts on NZFF since the thread was started are in that thread. Thats pretty good for just one thread huh? :)

Also Ian has boosted his post count by nearly 100 in there, thats stats enough I think to prove its popularity  .

Heck he even out-posted Naki and me!
(OK Paul had a computer overload as a result and was out of it for a bit...)

Thanks for that guys - the stats are quite amazing - not in my wildist dreams did I think the Soviet thread will be so big - I must say that Charl and Ian really made it takeoff while I just started the engine - and others kept the momentum going like Fauville, Chopperut, Zac, hasegawa and many others. It would be interesting to see where the international posters were from - Germany, Australia and Japan?.... and the thread is still going!
