Shockwave WWII Fighters P-51D high res model (Solo download), not the original WOP P-51
Repaints by Jan Kees Blom (should be able to find them on Avsim, one download file kiwis.zip, I got them off Sim Out house)

Here's another one, ZK-CCG (NZ2417)

There is a repaint of ZK-TAF for the Wozza stang somewhere around (Edit: found it and reloaded it, by lucien Lie (yago9) was posted at screenshotart some time ago, photoreal skin, only issue is the oversize squadron crest, which isn't a 3 squadron crest, some sort of griffon)

ZK-CCG (NZ2417)

The Mobil Mustang :) , I was at Avonhead Primary school CHCH , as it flew out heading north , .. looking at the cover of a magzine this morning with that very muzzy .
The 'coat of arms' guess the skin/painter should have asked here for a little info , i have photo detail here as with many on this forum , that 51 is so NZ , its everywhere :D

Couldn't agree more, I posted a few of my photos of TAF, and a 3 squad crest for Jan Kees on SOH thread for his repaint so he could get it right >nzflag<

All interested , The cover of the January 1975 WINGS magazine , a lot faded , adjusted slightly

The caption read :
The now-departed Mustang ZK-CCG at Taupo during its heyday, in December 1966 .

Wouldn't it be cool to have 'CCG doing circuits at Harewood as part of the Retro AI package..... :D

Actually, this repaint was based on several pictures of the real Mobil Mustang. I found out that the aircraft flew with both the coat of arms and, later on, with the logo I used for this repaint. I used this scheme at the request of the person I did the repaint for.

Jan hav'nt view'd your work , i don't have the P51 loaded , But i'm making a request to all NZFF or any one to send you updated photo,s if you request . :)

Hello Jan Kees, welcome to NZFF, Ian's comment was on the NZ2415 repaint screenshot and comment I posted earlier in the thread of the photoreal Yago9 repaint done for the wozzastang, his squadron crest on the fuselage is incorrect, nothing wrong with the one you 'fixed' and reuploaded at SOH and Avsim with the other Kiwi paints, and of course the 'Mobil' stang, thanks again, keep up the excellent work.

Regards Steve (AKA Fauville)

And thanks again for the NZ2413 paint

Hi Steve,
Thank you, and you're quite welcome, if there are more kiwi Mustangs you want, let me know.
You should however do something about your aircraft settings, as they (can) look much better...

Cheers,

Jan Kees
