What else have I been up to?

Post and comment on screen captures from the beautiful game here. Home of the monthly screenshot competition

Well, I have been very busy with the paintbrushes - even to the extent of painting (and flying - ) a "tube" - me? In a tube? OK, OK, I am better now...

Here's just a fraction of the paints and screenies I have done recently:

And last but by no means least - Chris in a tube! - yup - I managed to fly AND land this Embraer 170

Oh, and here's another heads up for something to fly in X

Well...a very Merry Christmas to you too, Chris.
Lessee, that'd be "Piglet" Conrad's PC-7, what Mustang?
I do wish you'd paint a couple of Warwick Carter's Muzzie it's the best on any block!
Uh, that a crate of Beck's in the back of the helo?? (What model BTW?)
And congrats on the Embraer, although hardly qualifies as a toob I'm afraid

Iris Texan T6, not PC7, sorry.

Default (Acceleration) Mustang - except for the last one, which is Shockwave's WWII fighter pack 'Stang. The default 'Stang is surprisingly good.

Beaver = Aerosoft

Alouette II for FSX from FSHeli.ch

Embraer 170 from Dreamwings (via www.jaguarvirtual.com)

Akaflieg glider from Simviation or Flightsim (allnodesbusy)

Genetic material being what it is these days, one could be forgiven for that kind of mistake.
Heck you could even toss in a passing Tucano and not be too far wrong...

You may have been otherwise engaged, the last forum banner here was the default Accel Mustang.
It reminds me of Grandma's quilt blanket, so BUMPMAPPED is it. You have to be really careful not to let too much skew lighting into a screenshot...

Flightsim is a breeze if you are a supporter (or you could forsake all that payware for a couple of hours and buy 1st class entry!)

I would support Flightsim but for the fact that they ask you to pay for a faster download service of FREEware. OK, so i have let them host my paints etc. But if they want them, they have tp get them themselves. I shan't actively support people making money out of my freeware. Just living and letting live... ;)

Oh, Iris has got a PC9 on the cards in the next few days... The T6 is a blast to fly...

Haha I have that issue Ian - Firecracker and A20 were non starters though - the RAF should of brought PC-9s.

Just to confuse things there is also the KT-1 which also looks similar to the PC-7/9 series (which the Raytheon T-6 was derived from) and then there is the PC-21.............
