People have been reporting 'very loud noise' 'UFOs' and 'gigantic birds' around New Zealand lately. The Police are baffled, and have no idea what is going on. But today, Central Auckland had a visit by the rouge UFO.

Aucklanders were relived that the disturbance was gone, but 5 minutes later they heard it again. It came back for one last pass. Under the Harbour Bridge!

A student pilot captured a shot of the giant climbing out at high speed, he reported that it must have been climbing at about 40° angle and 300 knots.

Later reports said the 'UFO' was actually the AN225 Mirya. Following its 'display' through Auckland, calls were flowing in about shattered windows. The Auckland City Council have estimated about $800,000 worth of damage to windows and property.

My first set of shots, hope they turn out ok. I was testing out different graphics settings with Auckland City and airports installed, seems to me I get higher FPS with higher settings!

Love the variety of angles you have captured there Peppermint, particually the second to bottom shot from the road over the bridge!

By the way, how come you have different water textures visible in the last shot?
