Spitfire Vb Over Wanaka

Hi all!

Since the dreaded Homeland Security/Customs/Bureaucracy has stopped out soon-to-be-much-loved Spitfire TR.9 MH367 from arriving in time for next weekend's Warbirds Over Wanaka, I present to you my own Spitfire over Wanaka, being the superb Just Flight/Aeroplane Heaven Mk.Vb BM144/RF-D. Coincidentally the Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight's Vb, AB910, currently wears these colours. Recognition well overdue, says I! Enjoy folks!

(BTW - I don't post screenies like this thinking they look good - I just like getting the impression across that they were snapped by your everyday airshowgoer like myself. Dunno why, but I have a perverse tendency toward this kind of shoot! )























Anyone else keen to post some Wanaka warm-up shots? I've got some ideas in mind for the next week before I head down.
