Care of our dutch friend Jan Kees......

First was a temp scheme for a former AFC mustang at WoW from a few years back.....

And the second is a more historically accurate representation of this WWII stang with a kiwi connection, any guesses??

"Isobel"'s pilot was one of the few Kiwis to fly for the USAF in WW11 - Jack Cleland (?) was his name I think without referring to Google - WOP Mustang I presume?

Edit: just Googled it - heres a link with some info on him - actually the only Kiwi fighter pilot in the USAF during WW11.

Got it in one, and the mustang in the RAF Cosford museum (used to be at Hendon) is painted up as B6-V, Jack Clelands bird.

Yes, High res model of WOP P-51

Thanks to Jan Kees for doing my request for this paint job :D
