Hey everyone, finally my first post ever on the New Zealand Flightsim Forums! tongue.gif ....Only it isn't New Zealand related blink.gif
Anyway I recently started trying out FSRecorder and thought I would try my hand at a formation, but me being who I am I went for a fairly big formation, and I'd like to see what you guys think of it.
So here is my 'fantasy formation' lets call it

I realise that my graphics aren't all up to scratch but that's because I'm still messing with the graphics and seeing how everything looks with different settings.
So anyway, what do you all think about it then?

(Don't hold back on your critisism btw, I'm open to what you have to say)

Good to see the formation is working for you it is alot of fun ,the recorder with that many planes will always come down to a crawl in flps because you are like flying 9 =40.000 plus poly faces on each of the aircraft ,and thats a whole heap for any system to work with ,
cool thanks for sharing and welcome to the forums thumbup1.gif

If anything to criticize, I'd say bring the zoom back a little closer, I can't actually make out the planes you are flying. Welcome (to you over in Seattle there winkyy.gif )

Thanks for the comments guys
In responce to what you said Albatross all I did for these pics is just change the position of the tower view by having a mess with things like positioning, altitude etc. At this time like I say I'm just a beginner but I'll get the hang of it, eventually

Also I just did it in Seattle for the hell of it, im actually from Leeds in England tongue.gif

Leeds???? Eeeh by gum! I grew up in Harehills/Chapeltown. Now in sunny Auckland!

I can still remember all the Dakotas from Yeadon (Leeds/Bradford) ... plus it was the location of the first air shows I ever went to!

Welcome, BTW! winkyy.gif

Just a quick photo here to entertain you all smile.gif
Here we have 1 KC10 Mid-Air Refuel plane doing a flypast with an E-3F Sentry playing the role of the plane being refueled

Also I'm trying out a new screenshot program called WinSnap, which personally I think has given a clearer image than what ScreenHunter and Fraps gave me
Again same question as before, what do y'all think?

I'm glad you are looking forward to it because I think it will be something special biggrin.gif

Ok, I've backed up the promise that I previously made and have finished taking the pics of this 'special' formation that I've been talking about
These pics I think are the best that I have done as of yet, or certainly getting there thumbup1.gif

And so here are the pics, the formation is none other than the Avro Vulcan doing a flypast with the Red Arrows

And so what could probably become my infamous question (when I do more posts tongue.gif ), what do you think of these new pics?

(Quick note: some heavy edited had to go into these pics and they may not look up to scratch if you have eagles, and so I apologise unsure.gif )
