Hi all!

Happy new year! Just thought I would pop in and share my latest adventure with you. Its a short hop between JFK and Boston.

I've been making my way across the USA in varying airliners of late and my last stop over here before heading to Europe is Boston.

The flight that I will be taking to KBOS is JetBlue's flight 1004 in an A320-200. JB vary the aircraft used on this route between the Airbus and the smaller Embraer 190, which is used during less busy times.

Today's flight is virtually sold out, (pardon the pun wink.gif) so we fly the bigger plane.

Enjoy!!

At Gate E15 at the JetBlue terminal servicing and boarding the aircraft.

Loading the last of the latecomer's baggage...

With the aircraft ready to go we De-ice. A company A320 prepares for it's own departure a few gates down.

We push back with a slight delay to our departure time.

Taxiing part American flight 518 just arrived from Miami

Holding short at Runway 4L

Taking off over JFK...

...and climbing away from New York

Heading for our cruising altitude into a cloudless but cold winter sky.

Due to this being such a short route we only make it to 23,400ft before being asked to descend already.

On the way down again.

Preparing for our approach into Boston

On our final approach for runway 4R

Almost there now...gliding past the Boston suburbs

Down on 4R and pulling the A320 up

The follow me pick-up guides us to our gate

Dissembarking almost on time!!...we made up quite a bit of it en-route. The pax are happy!

Thank you for choosing JetBlue and we hope you enjoy your stay in Boston! laugh.gif

Next stop from here will be Dublin on Aer Lingus EI 132 biggrin.gif

Addon's are JFK payware by FS Dreamteam and Boston-Logan (V2.1) freeware by George Grimshaw. Both (obviously) AES enabled.

Cheers
Florian
