So Nunner emailed to say there are two Cessna's with the same rego on the apron at Wanaka around 19:00 GMT, and what was I going to do about it??
'Course this happens to flightplan people all the time, they have scraps of old flightplans all over the show, and often get duplicates.
I pleaded innocence but since I was there I thought I'd follow ZK-SEX, just departing, to see where we'd end up.
The flight is NZWF - NZTZ and is a nice breakfast run of maybe 45 minutes.
Unusually you fly high over NZQN (I always seem to land there) and the scenery is great.
I only started taking screenshots when we were halfway there.
If you try the flight, the first bit is amazing.

I'm not sure if this always happens.
I've found that if you fly with AI you have to turn to base first, otherwise the thing carries on to the south pole.

Didn't find too much AI at that time of day, but these visitors must've had quite a view over their champagne and toast

Interesting as I did not actually say,"what was I going to do about it??" what i actually said was that i have 2 of the same a/c at one spot at one time and could you help sort out the problem.
Also ................Course this happens to flightplan people all the time, actually it doesn't happen to "us" all the time in fact despite this portraying flightplanners as some sort of half wits we (I) do actually know my way around flightplans, traffic files etc quite well.
All I know is I downloaded GNZLAP4,loaded it in the correct way and have 2 a/c of the same id at the one airfield.

Oops I can see I have caused offence - none intended Nunner I class myself in with "flightplan people" is all.
I famously created a fp for the S-76 out of NZWR to Auckland Hospital and could not figure out why there were 4 of the things!
Spent half a day chasing them around the N Island, and never found out what the problem was!

I couldn't think of a fix for your dupes so that's what prompted the post, maybe others have the same issue.
Deepest apologies, absolutely no malice intended.
