Noo, CT-4's will be in the "Airshow" pack to followranm wrote:QUOTE(ranm @ Aug 8 2007, 07:29 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Thanks for a great AI project Charl - I am about to install it now. just a quick question. Can I assume that the included Woodbourne AFCAD is compatible with RealNZ's Marlborough?
cheers - Ran
Yes all AFCADs supplied assume that RBE 20m mesh + topo is loaded, plus any applicable RealNZ products.
Often they'll work for other configurations too.

however after a great deal of searching i'm yet to spot an iroquois buzzing around! Can you give me a time/place i can expect to see them?

Someone else has mentioned no helos, I'll have to go check further...
There's one at NZWB from time to time.
The RNZAF fly to many places - there are some custom AFCADs which make the P-3's do coastal surveillance rounds.
A Traffic Tools decompile of the flight plans will show all destinations, here and foreign.
Edit: to answer your question, within NZ, also NZWN and NZCH
Just had a quick look at the Iroquis fp's and cannot see NZOH or NZWB listed and also most of the plans have
the helos operating in in the afternoon only ? Also only operating within a 4 Hr schedule confine.
Not too sure what NZ73'33'04 denotes, possibly something to do with a modified afcad ?
Hope this sheds a bit of light
Charl will know I am certain

Have just sussed why no choppers.....if you go to the iroquis aircraft.cfg file the description line
should be the same as the aircraft descrition line in your aircraft traffic file
ie "RNZAF UH-1H Iroquois (3 Sqn) Green" from the aircraft.cfg appears as "RNZAF Iroquois NZ3801" this in the
aircraft traffic file.........hence why no show.
It can be fixed but takes a bit of time and is quite simple.........just a thought

Are both required to be imported into Voicepack or do the ones in P2 replace the earlier ones in P1?
They're identical.
Pack 1 was made by deleting a whole lot of stuff from the Beta release (including the wrong helicopters!)
Pack 2 put back a whole lot of stuff.
There are going to be plenty of rough edges found I'm afraid, despite KIMZ28's kind words earlier about striving for perfection.
I'd dearly love an updated Whenuapai scenery, and I may yet turn my hand to GMax before I move on and take up golf again...Last edited by Charl on Thu Aug 23, 2007 2:56 pm, edited 1 time in total.
