I remember seeing something like it parked up at Bembridge EGHJ in circa 1970
and it was called a Cmelak but the fin looks a little different ?

I think the Cmelak has a radial engine too.

Looks like some sort of low wing Piper Cub or Taylorcraft Ag conversion - where do you get these obscure ag aircaft photos from CN?

Ive always had a real interest in Ag and tanker aircraft from my father. Hes been taking photos of them for 30 years odd. Quite a few of his photos have been in Wings over the years. He used to edit the AHSNZ Aerolog aswell. There are a number of his photos in 'The Topdressers'
