The weather-conditions are not the best. We have today less than 20 miles sight, sometime rain and a and some nasty wind... not good for Heli-flying.

One of the old Huey´s of the 3rd Squadron RNZAF from Palmerston is at the moment in Rotorua and we have to fly ASAP some medical reports and samples to Tauranga.

Yes the weather is not the best today, but if we are flying under the clouds it is not impossible.

We losing no time and racing...

Flying the direct way.

Fields and smal farms...

Crosswinds and gusts ... we have some work to. Nothing to fly with an Autopilot.

Te Puk and Kiwi Fruit Country...

Mt. Maunganui.

Harbour and airfield...

Okay, we are here and have a nice landing to do...

Slowing down with the speed and turning...

Fine...

Don´t left the Helo befor the "beater" stopped!

Rest... and waiting for next job.

It began with Georender - do you know Georender? Yes, these wonderful small airfields near Seattle... I like all those scenerys with smal but interesting places and with flair. And yes, i use the FS 9.1 and have only small interest in the FS X. The FS 2004 is running good on my AMD 3,8 with 2GB RAM and a Nvidia 7600GS board. But for the FS X it is in my eyes not fast enough, even after the SP 1. I use it only to test something and to fly low and slow VFR and not with complex airliners.
So I make my best with the FS 2004... and my installation is in this moment up to around 37 GB...

I use Flight Environment by Peter Wilding and flight1.com as "weather machine" and nearly always original weather. It is more fun to fly and I recommend it.
