More of a history lesson than a winning screenshot, this RNZAF Avenger was used in NZ's first official top-dressing trials. The government supplied the aircraft and the farmers supplied the fertiliser. (Its a shame our government still doesn't think this way as they could supply the farmers with A4's to do top dressing ;) )

O.K i will have a go at one of these comps for once. This is a flight i took from Wanganui Airport the other week. Did a few rounds of dusting and while heading back, with sun setting i took this. It was a nice time in the evening, sun setting, i didn't really want to land but the fuel gauge said otherwise.

Thanks guys i thought about this one long and hard "about a minute in my world "
I seen top dressing and didnt want to install a ag spray chopper so something Timmo said about the r44 paint job made me think of this shot and with Robins NZWB scenery in FSX as a backdrop the combo was perfect for me and this shot ..

This month's theme is 'Topdressing', where your screenshot must display a link with New Zealand agricultural aviation- be creative![/quote]

""agricultural aviation- be creative"" was where this shot is coming from ,there are just so many variations that could be made up with hundreds of aircraft that do this sort of work

Good luck to all
Fly Tampa is a very worthy prize for sure
