FS 9 aircaft still keep coming! This should be a goody considering the standard of their other releases (DC-3 & B-25). See here. RNZAF repaint anyone???

Edit - whoops didnt check properly - there is already a RNZAF paint in the download - including the famous "Plonky"!

I knew this would tempt you Ian!

Go on - just do it! Maybe I should - but I think I have blown my FS budget for the next few months!

Well I just did it - not quite sure how their system works - after confirming the credit card payment I got an email simply saying "you are registered"
No links anywhere I could see...

Mmm a little embarrassing, that.
Probably as well, late night would've turned into all-night.
I'll fling myself on the mercy of their support system then...

The Avenger is worth it ! sound suite is brilliant! and a little Carrier to boot

The Grumman ' Turkey' ... mm seems that name stuck 30 years later with another G/Iron works product , Avenger ... Wanaka Airshows in the late 90s early 2000

The largest single engine WW2 combatant operated by the allies from carriers , used in many roles

RNZAF used 48 between 1943-1959 , recent screenshot compietion mention by Kahu as a trial crop-duster
One of the more well known was Plonky flown by the Legendary Fred Ladd , and at Wanaka flown be equally famed Rex Dovey , both famous for air transport development in New Zealand

This plane , the carrier size , WWII carrier ops , can land and operate from a postage stamp literary !

CVL's , a carrier built on crusier hulls , many also operated from the smaller CVE's .... CV=Conventional Carrier , L= light , E=escort , escort carriers built on merchant hulls .

When you see how small these decks are , to return to them  amazing flyers ... or ... hic hm ... Naval Aviators :)

almost an image from WWII

Oh no , not George Bush ! I wonder .... why 2X ...dose this mean he new it was ta happen again

and off course the internals , the typically superb MAAM attention to detail and in saying that ... :ph43r: .. I wanted to try something for the first time .

A WWII carrier by MAAM ... guess its time to try out the one that started it all

Aaarrgh! the MAAM crowd are off at the airshow and don't answer their email!!!
I'll have to be content with these then...and very nice shots too, Ian.
Makes it easier when you're framing a good model eh?
It looks like a great Turkey I, as expected, and also great to see the NZ paint in there.
It's one of those purchases where the end result is nothing but "Feel Good", all round.

Erm, Ian, I trust you parked "Briefing Time" halfway down the deck before takeoff, as if heading up fifteen others behind...

Thank matey :) , so easy to do screen shots with great models
2 RNZAF paints ... , I've tried in FSX , again texture issues mucks it up ! .. sure the,ll be a demand for it .

The B25 , marked distance to Jimmy Doolittles mission , compared and measured weights , just wish had a Moving carrier and Wild weather to add to the real mission , Guess thats were FSX is heading , just a lot work to do too catch up , and to build WWII carriers .
