Decided to take a quick jaunt from Wellington to Christchurch in a rather unusual mount - the Beechcraft Starship, a delta canard wonder designed by the legendary Burt Rutan

Boarding up at Wellington Intl.



Finding my way to the runway



Ready for takeoff......



Over the bay........



Heading west for a quick jaunt over Queen Charlotte Sound and the East Bay.........

Great shots there Haven't seen that machine in a while.
I think Beech scrapped them. Quite an interesting aircraft.

Just one thing - The AI traffic Ditch the default and get VOZ, WOAI or similar Looks much much better.
If you want small stuff, then GNZLAP is a must have.

The Starship is a very odd but quite cool looking design.
