Yeah..ok,ok..it's technically "Non-NZ"...the codeshare thing may be stretching it a little laugh.gif

Well anyway, after tossing up the idea whether or not to explore Honolulu a little I decide against it and chose to fly out the next morning in UA 72 to San Francisco instead.

A handfull of Kiwi passengers that arrived with me on NZ0010 last night were also on board and continued on in my care to KSFO.

At gate 16 awaiting the last passengers.

Ready to taxi...the pax on the left side of the aircraft are treated to a lovely morning view of downtown Honolulu smile.gif

Holding short at 8L with Hickam AFB in the background...home of the Hawaii Air National Guard.

On take off, we pass a recent arrival from Australia

Climbing away from PHNL

Stealing one last veiw of Hawaii...

...before we're up in the clouds

Settling in at cruising altitude.

The passengers enjoy breakfast accompanied by a lovely morning sun.

Crossing paths with Hawaiian Flight 11 heading home.

Beginning our decent into San Francisco

Adjusting course...

Gear down for final approach

Easing the 767 into KSFO...

Clear of the runway as a JetBlue A320 departs.

Taxiing to our gate behind the follow me car.

Dissembarking our passengers at gate 15.

Not forgetting to collect their baggage wink.gif

Welcome to San Francisco! biggrin.gif

Cheers
Florian

s**t, going fast enough on final approach laugh.gif

219 is way too fast, the flaps would have been ripped off by then anyway hehe.

Great Pictures, is that default Hawaii city scenery? AES Is pretty cool with FlyTampa KSFO aye.

Great flight...I somehow find FT KSFO strangely uninvolving, despite AES, can't think why.
Nice juicy bunch of military hardware standing about in Hawaii - MAIW presume, which package was it?

It was actually a mix of manually installed stuff I put in about 2 years ago...the C-17's come from some older Project AI packages I have. I think MAIW have done a Hawaii ANG package since then though....I also have some Hickam based F-15's parked up outside of the view of that screenie. A C-40 is based there at times too. Both part of the same install

Not 100% what you mean with the question mate....the reason for the codeshare is the Star Alliance yes....if you mean the livery...no, its just United's New Colours
