A single shot...fiddling with my new wide screen monitoir, screen resolutions and FSX.....Edit: hmmm looks better on the monitor

Screenie looks perfectly fine to me Paul.
Im sure once you get used to it, and find the best settings for your taste,.......... all will be good.........
Quite a nice looking moniter when we unpacked it here the other day !!
