My family heard it (I was on the way from Masterton to Taupo). Last time something strange like this happened, it was Mr Gallagher Senior's birthday.

Thanks heaps smile.gif

We drove back to Taupo to my friends "bach" (bigger than my house...) where we were relieved to sit back and have an ale. I drove back to Hams on Sunday morning.
I was delighted with the photos - I over-exposed 1 to 2 F-stops due to the white / grey clouds. The camera (Canon 50D 18-200mm) performed awesomely well. Me... I just fluked it!!!

Roll on easter smile.gif 6 days in Omaka smile.gif

Pete

Hmmmm, I went to Melville too!! 1983 - 1986 ...

A colleague of mine was one of the worst students there, she was always in trouble for her outspoken attitude, now teaches there!! Her hubby works at Gallagher's too. Small world.

Haha, yeah good on em, we could see it from Glenview as well, pretty impressive.
Apparently one of the family getting married? A bunch of grouches complained about the noise I hear?
