As ever, I had a lot of fun setting up some nice shots - but had the usual problem of narrowing down 100 pics to 10, then 4 ...

Though I like #1 for the pure fun of it all ... I can't take my eyes off #4 ...

Couldn't agree more. If 'twere mine, widen the wings to the edges, point the spinner at the lens and see if the armament works.

You mean like this ...

Not sure about the armament ... but I wouldn't want to get in the way of that "bacon slicer" laugh.gif

A strange as it seems , i plan what i want in my head then do it , may require 10/15 screens , they all get cut up maybe or thrown out , But i tell you many times the screen shooter gets it right with out the work of editing , wicked screens Adam smile.gif

Arrrgh ... I thought long and hard about that one! It was my #2 choice. I wondered whether the "just look what I've just flown under" hint was too subtle. Still undecided winkyy.gif

Ummm ... that's two "votes" for #2 already (thanks!!). Back to my electronic drawing board, I think!

@Adrian ... good idea on the colour edit. I hardly edit my pics (if at all) - just cropping - probably why I never win laugh.gif
@splitpin - good to see you posting again after the debacle thumbup1.gif

It's easy...
None of these qualifies!
You know the rule that says "flying between 100ft and 2000ft higher than your nearest ground"?
It does NOT mean 100 ft above the BOTTOM of the HARBOUR!

There was some ground pretty close by - at either end of the bridge winkyy.gif - and I was at 101ft ... honest!!! laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

What do you reckon, Mr Doug? #2 Legal or not?

I suppose I do need to change it to #2 - which at least indicates that it's somewhere in NZ, as my original choice could be *anywhere*.

They all qualify as for the rules we can be a little flexible it is very hard to keep at exactly 100ft when you strike a bit of turbulence you could get a bit of wind share and drop quite a few feet and that's about the best excuse that I can think of for being a little low laugh.gif tongue.gif
