Try setting your season to southern hemisphere winter and see if it makes any difference. I'm never quite sure whether FS gets this right.
Just a suggestion - if you're posting test shots like this, leave the shift-z info on so it gives us lat/long co-ordinates (and altitude) so we can try and duplicate/compare your view exactly.
