I may be very biased here (as Wanaka is home) but this aircraft looks so right here, and the late afternoon light brings out the best in it. Not so long ago, a Spit at Wanaka was a regular sight, so these screenshots bring back some good memories. If only we could add sound to the screenshots........

No, definitely Wanaka, all the 'sights' are there, the Wanaka Helicopters offices, Aspiring Air offices and the hills behind. Definitely Wanaka. Time for me to get the Spit out and take it for an airing...
