Time to give the Spit another airing, so took it for a short flight to open up the Merlin and keep my hand (and feet) in. Here are a few screenshots from last night:-

What a magnificent aircraft.

Smooth landings.

I highly recommend getting a set of rudder pedals if you do not already have them. They bring so much more realism to the simulator, and you would never guess just how much better it is when you have them. Crosswind approaches and taxying are now far more realistic, and the pedals bring a lot of extra fun to the simulator.

Not so long until Christmas......

smooth landings.

Yip been using them for well over a decade now , microswitch crapped out keeping one wheel locked up , Ive been in that argument .. rudder pedals are a primary requirement !
