Andrew, the DC-3 pack is available at Flightsim.com, filename: as4sumje.zip

I think the AMY livery was included in an FS2004 era scenery release from Lawrie Roache (Snowman), but I would need some time to determine which package that was.

EDIT: ZK-AMY is included in Lawrie's FS2004 Ashburton pack:
