Strategy , deliberately wrong....... Addon areas for the purists maybe? I remember when I got PNW and other areas I was like this is amazing what were some of the locals talking about. Fall city for example I dont have it but when I first landed there with stock ftx one had to do a double take to find it amongst all those trees. NOW it sticks out like kicked dogs balls.

Doug, I think there's something wrong with your install -- I haven't checked all your screens, but I have looked at Karamea, which doesn't look like your screenshot in NZSI.

I don't know what it would be then I have Mikes Abel Tasman scenery all off and I have been through everything and the only NZKM activated are the NZSI ones

ADE_FTX_NZSI_NZKM_CVX
ADE_FTX_NZSI_NZKM_objects

Just an idea -- didn't you have previous trouble with VLC/Orbx priority? Just changing priority in FSX won't always fix this permanently, as using the FTX Central thingie just puts it back at the wrong priority again. You might need to change the 'insertion point' in FTX central.

yep I found that one out a while back that if you turn your FTX off and then back on again it jumps back down under VLC
Why ORBX make things so bloody complicated I don't know use their own levels throws everyone elses out using textures that overwrite our other textures or in other terms they simply want to take over and do not want any other scenery to work but their own without a lot of alterations once their stuff is installed a real pain in the BUTT

Doug ... there's definitely something "shonky" with your Fox Glacier and Karamea areas. Mine look nothing like that. I could put up screenies if you want.

I have VLC and NZSI enabled/active with VLC below NZSI.

Thanks Adam but it is my FSX that is the problem I have a SSD on order and will do a complete reinstall of FSX next week when I get it setup I know its a pain in the Butt to have to do it all again but at least it will get rid of all the junk that has built up in FSX over the last couple of years.
