Was a true story about a couple of aircraft getting delivered from the USA to OZ i believe , one crashed or retired early the other carried on and getting lost , same type of aircraft ? in the end the aircraft real aircraft landed at Norfolk Is and the Air New Zealand Captain Gordon Vette used a scheduled Tran's Pacific flight Captain off a DC-10 lead the lost pilot home ...... guess he would have been happy to see tarmac as wide as that smile.gif
