Rounding the sand-spit above the Port Waikato settlement in an Alpha/Robin turning back to Hamilton. Karioi in the background along the coast line. This is a trip I've taken in real life with a friend who flys this very machine. Great fun to replicate this sort of thing and pick out the sights along the way smile.gif

Must admit alfashark, that is the best shot of the Albatross I have seen yet in the sim... Nicely composed screenie to suit the theme as well.

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

I hadn't checked the new arrivals before my photo session so didn't spot Doug's Farewell Spit shot till too late, so this may change ...

The JF Bae 146 farewelling the South Island. I tried really hard, poodling around the North Island in my cannibalised PZL Wilga, but neither the aircraft nor the scenery could match this setting.

As ever ... loads of "worthy" rejects ... which ended up here.

Good to see BobL beavering away!

Hi Adam
Wow, what a fantastic shot. I did not see that in the preview.
