Your right Dean , the Victor really looked a nasty piece of work .. carry 35 1000 pounders compared to Vulcans 21 .. Just ole Sir Fred wanted to keep his own company away from the pollies so got em in the bad books .. those political dribble's .. look our today's examples rolleyes.gif

The British sure had a knack for building the ugliest things. Perhaps even more so than the Russians. That's saying something.

By compare to many Alister you are very right , as a bomber i looks the type but if ya see some of the crazy ideas tried from every nation .. this is gorgeous by compare .

Thunderbirds , mm yeah sad to see the passing of Gerry Anderson last night .. easy to see were he got his ideas from . cool.gif

Sorry, can't help myself! If it hasn't seen serious time in a wind tunnel prior to it's first flight, I'm not interested hahaha

If the sands of time pass and only the fanatics remember it, it's failed on the 'thing of beauty' scale winkyy.gif having said that... the fanatics are the reason I am happy to be a member of NZFF biggrin.gif
